He highlights gaps in the systems that could be filled through increased partnerships between organizations and entities because this huge undertaking cannot be addressed by any one single entity. He also introduces many practical solutions in how to bridge these gaps so that smallholder farmers may receive the required support to increase yield output and their economic growth and livelihood, while at the same time moving towards a more sustainable way of farming.
